“We are in the end game now!”

We are in the end game now! Today is the day for the final submission of all our Regional qualifiers endeavours. Today is the day for submission of all the documents we have created so far.

Today is the day we had spent sleepless nights for, today is the day when we finally felt the heat of the deadline. We started off with proofreading and finalizing our portfolios and other documents. And trust me, we definitely wrote a lot! Everyone read the documents line by line, correcting errors and polishing it a bit. With our past experiences, we were well aware of the last minute circumstances. We knew that the final changes are the most prominent ones, which do pay off. We took into consideration every idea aimed at glazing our records. From adding new infographics, to adding every comma and perfecting indentation, we did it all. Indeed, it took a lot of time. We invested our whole day for it and submitted the documents in time, before the deadline.

Having everyone read all the documents made everyone well aware of all the processes involved throughout our journey. A ton of new ideas marched towards the graphics designer, which he prioritized effectively. Further, everyone got a crash course in photoshop while creating new visuals for the documents.

Last moment changes do help learn some important aspects of competitive spirit and life too. I was panic-stricken due approaching the deadline but soon, due to the ongoing humour, I overcame it. Though the deadline was just on our doorstep we did not let the heat rise. We had cool, but careful and alert circumstances. All the forthcoming edits were done keeping the time boundary in mind. And finally we submitted them on the STEM club portal. A sense of relief and triumph coursed through the team. But there was no time to rest, we soon kicked off for verbal presentation preparation.
